The service

BIOMED is a platform for personalised food-supplement protocols built from a completed questionnaire and/or blood-test data. Every protocol is reviewed by a pharmacist and confirmed after a phone consultation, after which it can be ordered through the client account. Products are not offered for free purchase without a protocol. All content is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a doctor if you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication. The service is intended for adults 18+.

Prices and payment

All prices are in EUR and include taxes. The price of the protocol is formed by the ingredients in it and is shown in the client account before the order is confirmed. Payment: by card (including Revolut Pay) — either upfront with a prepayment discount, or in 3 monthly instalments. Bank transfer is also possible. Cash on delivery is not offered.

Orders and subscription

Every order is a 90-day supply — one box of daily sachets, one sachet per day. Every following box is renewed after the pharmacist has reviewed the protocol and can be stopped at any time from your account, free of charge — stopping applies to future deliveries.

Delivery and returns

Sales and deliveries within Bulgaria only. Delivery with Econt, Speedy, Pigeon and DHL; see the "Delivery & returns" page. Products are personalised, sealed food supplements and returns are not offered (Art. 57(3) and 57(7) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act); a damaged or wrong delivery will be replaced or refunded.

Liability

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. We are not liable for use contrary to the recommendations or for disregarded contraindications listed for each product.

Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. You may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
