Why granules, not pills

Separate release
Some ingredients get in each other's way when taken together. So they sit in separate granules with different coatings and are released at different times.
ZincIronTogether, when they help each other
Ingredients that work as a pair are in the same granule and are released together. Calcium and vitamin D are such a pair — vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium.
Calcium + Vitamin DGradual release
Some of the granules give up their ingredient gradually, not all at once.
Coating
Each granule is about 1.6 mm, coated with beeswax and some of them also with shellac. The coating protects the ingredient from light, moisture and the other ingredients in the sachet.
