A fixed price, whatever the number and doses of the ingredients. Paid once, after the pharmacist has confirmed the protocol — by card or by bank transfer. No subscription commitment: every following box is confirmed separately.

What you get, step by step

  1. 1.The test — 3 minutes

    You answer questions about your goals and daily life and upload your blood results (a PDF or a photo from any laboratory). Without tests the protocol rests on the questionnaire alone.

  2. 2.A protocol proposal

    You see which ingredients and doses the system proposes, every marker with its range and status, and the Lab Balance by your values. The doses respect the adult maxima of the Bulgarian Ordinance on food supplements (Annex 3) and the EFSA tolerable upper intake levels (UL).

  3. 3.A pharmacist consultation

    A Master of Pharmacy calls you, reviews the protocol together with the medicines and supplements you already take, and confirms or adjusts it. The consultation is included in the price and does not oblige you to order.

  4. 4.Payment after the confirmation

    Only after the confirmed protocol do you pay €499 incl. VAT — by card (Revolut) or by bank transfer. Nothing is due before that.

  5. 5.Production in Austria

    Novogenia doses your ingredients into 90 individual sachets — 5–7 working days after the confirmation.

  6. 6.Delivery

    Courier delivery (Econt/Speedy), 1–3 working days after dispatch. In total: usually under 2 weeks from the confirmation to your door.

  7. 7.90 days and after

    One sachet a day. Your protocol and data stay in your account. After 90 days you measure again, upload the new results for free and the pharmacist reviews the protocol before the next box.
