Immune system
The immune system is not “boosted”. It needs specific micronutrients — and those can be measured.
Markers: Vitamin D · Ferritin · Zinc · Haemoglobin
The idea
Every autumn the shelves promise a “shield against viruses”. We don’t promise a shield. We promise precision: vitamin D, C, A, B6, B12, folate, iron, zinc, selenium and copper contribute to the normal function of the immune system — that is the EU-approved claim, word for word. The test checks which of these deficiencies is present (vitamin D is the most common one in Bulgaria in winter — EFSA and the NCPHA describe the deficiency as widespread) and includes only what the data shows, in doses within the legal limits.

The goals
Vitamin D in the reference range all year round — the most common gap.
Zinc, C and selenium according to the data, not in “just in case” megadoses — all contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
A clear signal when frequent infections are one for a doctor.
A re-test with 25-OH vitamin D — the number, not the feeling.
What the test looks at
The questions look at how often you get sick, sleep, stress, diet (a vegan or vegetarian diet raises the risk of zinc and B12 deficiency), season and sun exposure. With blood results: vitamin D (25-OH), ferritin, zinc where available, a full blood count. More than 4–5 infections a year in an adult, or infections that do not clear, are for a doctor.
The solutions
From our ingredients
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system (the dose is set by your baseline, up to 100 µg), zinc bisglycinate to the normal function of the immune system (up to 25 mg), vitamin C to the normal function of the immune system, including during and after intense physical exercise, and to the reduction of tiredness, selenium to the normal function of the immune system and the thyroid, vitamin A, B6, B12, folate, iron and copper to the normal function of the immune system.
Lifestyle — without it, supplements are cosmetics
7+ hours of sleep, movement outdoors, hand washing, a diet with enough protein and vegetables, no tobacco — that is the immune “support” that works every day.
What to expect
Vitamin D is covered in 8–12 weeks and shows at the re-test; about the number of infections we promise nothing — they depend on far more than micronutrients.
