Energy & tiredness

Tiredness has measurable causes. Some of them are deficiencies — and those show in the blood.

Markers: Ferritin · Haemoglobin · B12 · Vitamin D · TSH +2

The idea

Constant tiredness is the most common reason people reach for supplements. BIOMED goes the other way: first we look at whether a measurable deficiency sits behind the tiredness — ferritin, vitamin B12, vitamin D, magnesium — and only then decide what makes sense to go into the sachet.

The goals

Deficiencies that show in the blood covered: ferritin, B12 and vitamin D within the reference range.

Ingredients with an approved claim for tiredness and fatigue — C, B2, B6, B12, folate, iron, magnesium — dosed by your data.

Sleep, movement and nutrition named before the supplements — the base no ingredient replaces.

Re-test at 8–12 weeks: the markers are followed over time.

What the test looks at

The questions separate tiredness from habits from tiredness that may be linked to a deficiency. With blood results we look at: ferritin and haemoglobin, vitamin B12, vitamin D (25-OH), TSH, glucose and HbA1c. Values outside the reference limits are not treated with supplements — for those we say it plainly: a doctor.

The solutions

From our ingredients

  • B12, folate, C, B2, B6, magnesium — a reduction of tiredness and fatigue (EU-authorised claim)
  • Iron bisglycinate — only with laboratory-low ferritin, never “just in case”
  • Coenzyme Q10 and alpha-lipoic acid — no authorised health claim in the EU, descriptive per the protocol

Lifestyle — without it, supplements are cosmetics

A fixed bedtime, a protein breakfast instead of carbs alone, 10 minutes of daylight in the morning, movement at least 3 times a week — moderate, but consistent.

What to expect

The protocol runs 90 days and ends with a re-test: ferritin and vitamin D change slowly (8–12 weeks), so they are followed by markers, not by feeling.
