Every protocol is created by BIOMED. Our pharmacist sets the ingredients and doses from your questionnaire and, if you have uploaded blood results, your real values. No box is ordered before Gabriel Raykov, MPharm, has reviewed the protocol.

Who makes it
Production is carried out by our external, independent partner Novogenia in Austria, to the formula and doses set by BIOMED. Every box is made after a confirmed protocol, for one specific person, and every sachet carries their name.
The ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certificates are issued to Novogenia GmbH.

Dr Daniel Wallerstorfer is a biotechnologist specialising in genetics and the founder of Novogenia — one of Europe’s leading genetic laboratories, active in more than 69 countries. He leads a team of molecular biologists and pharmacists.

Allergens and diets
The granules are coated with beeswax and shellac — suitable for vegetarians, not for vegans. The collagen is from fish. Every protocol shows its allergens before the order.

Why Novogenia
We looked for a manufacturer that can measure an individual dose of every ingredient, for one person, in one sachet. In Europe only a handful can. Novogenia does it in certified production in Austria, to a formula we set.
