Delivery

We deliver with Econt, Speedy, Pigeon and DHL — within Bulgaria only. Shipping is free for all orders. Every protocol is produced individually in Austria (5–7 working days), then delivered by courier within Bulgaria (1–3 working days after dispatch). Expect about 7–12 working days in total from order confirmation — you will receive an email when your box ships.

No returns

BIOMED products are food supplements prepared to your individual order (your personalised protocol) and delivered sealed for health and hygiene reasons. Under Art. 57(3) and 57(7) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to such goods, so returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Damaged or wrong delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, or what you received does not match your order, email us at office@biomed.bg within 14 days of receipt, with photos if possible. We will send a replacement or refund the amount paid. Your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
