Shipping Zones

We ship premium biotech wellness products to:

  • Bulgaria: Nationwide delivery
  • European Union: All EU member states
  • International: Selected countries (contact us for availability)

Delivery Times

Bulgaria

  • Sofia: 1-2 business days
  • Major cities: 2-3 business days
  • Other locations: 3-5 business days

European Union

  • Standard delivery: 5-10 business days
  • Express delivery: 3-5 business days (where available)

International

  • Delivery time: 10-20 business days depending on destination
  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Order weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over:

  • Bulgaria: €50
  • EU: €100

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive:

  1. Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  2. Shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using:

  • The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Your account on our website
  • The courier's website directly

  • Speedy (Bulgaria)
  • Econt (Bulgaria)
  • DHL Express (International)
  • Other local and international carriers

Customs and Import Duties

EU Customers

No additional customs duties or taxes for EU deliveries. All prices include VAT.

Non-EU Customers

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Local taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:

  • The courier will leave a notice
  • You can arrange redelivery or pickup
  • Packages are typically held for 7-14 days before being returned

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately at biomed.bg@abv.bg
  2. Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)
  3. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund

Special Handling

  • Temperature-sensitive products are packaged appropriately
  • Discreet packaging available upon request
  • Secure packaging to prevent damage
