Your Right to Return
At Biomed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be in original, unopened packaging
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Include all original labels and documentation
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or unsealed supplements and biotech products
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Products marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us at biomed.bg@abv.bg within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return (optional)
- We will provide you with return instructions and address
- Pack the items securely in original packaging
- Ship the return to the address provided
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- The product is defective or damaged
- We sent the wrong item
- The product does not match the description
In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will send you an email confirmation
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at biomed.bg@abv.bg
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Include your order number
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at biomed.bg@abv.bg
