1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Biomed ("We", "Our", "Company") and users ("You", "Customer") when using our online store biomed.bg and purchasing products.

By using our website and ordering products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Products and Prices

All products offered in our online store are described as accurately as possible. Prices are stated in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct prices in case of obvious errors. In such cases, we will notify you before processing your order.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Orders are placed by adding products to the cart and completing the order form. After confirming your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

The contract is considered concluded after our confirmation of order acceptance.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and other secure payment options.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Bulgaria and internationally. Delivery times are indicated during checkout and depend on the selected method and destination.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Right)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • Goods that by their nature cannot be returned

8. Product Returns

When exercising the right of withdrawal, products must be returned in original packaging, unused and in the condition received.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the defect is our fault.

Upon approved return, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

9. Warranty and Claims

All products are offered with a warranty in accordance with Bulgarian law. In case of defect or non-conformity, you have the right to make a claim within the statutory periods.

10. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Our dietary supplements and biotech wellness products are not medicines and do not replace medical advice or treatment.

We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before using our products, especially if you:
