Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:
- Sofia: 1-2 business days
- Bulgaria: 2-5 business days
- EU: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on orders over €50 in Bulgaria and €100 in the EU.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number to track your package on the courier's website.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us immediately at biomed.bg@abv.bg with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I return opened supplements?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed supplements and biotech products.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
